Individual training program

An individual training program can be a continuation of, or a supplement to, the physio-, sports physio-, and/or manual therapeutic treatment, but is also meant for people who want to prevent injuries and/or train for specific goals.

Examples of training goals:

 

  • Muscle strengthening

  • Condition training

  • Posture improvement

  • Weight control

  • (sports-)specific function training

  • etc.

 

Training schedules are designed for individuals based on personal goals and test results from the intake/screening. This intake/screening is obligatory. The training is guided, evaluated, and if needed adjusted.
